It argues that any product or service lawfully placed on the market before leaving the Union may continue to be made available to consumers in the United Kingdom or in the Member States of the Union (Art. 40 & 41). However, to a certain extent, the Withdrawal Agreement needs to be supplemented by provisions of Swedish law. This concerns citizens` rights with regard to the right of the British nationals concerned and their families to continue to travel, live and work in Sweden after their departure. In Finland, the UK`s exit from the EU is dealt with in different ministries according to their respective administrative departments. Finland`s positions are coordinated by the Prime Minister`s Office, which has submitted several reports to Parliament. The EU`s Withdrawal Act 2018 and the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 (CRAG) pose procedural obstacles to the UK`s ability to ratify what has been negotiated. The Withdrawal Act also provides for a parliamentary process in the event that an agreement is refused by the House of Commons or if a negotiated agreement is never presented to it. The Withdrawal Agreement also provides for the United Kingdom to leave the Convention establishing the Statute for the European Schools, with the United Kingdom being bound by the Convention and the accompanying rules relating to accredited European Schools until the end of the last academic year of the transition period, i.e. the end of the spring semester 2020-2021 . The Protocol on Gibraltar shall apply until the end of the transitional period, with the exception of the provisions relating to citizens` rights, which shall also continue.
